William H. Copperthwaite Jr., L.L.C. is responsible for providing tax advice to individuals and closely held businesses, and for drafting complex wills and trusts. In the business and tax area, it drafts partnership agreements, establishes limited liability companies and evaluates tax strategies for businesses. In the area of estate planning, the firm establishes Credit Shelter Trusts (CST), Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts (ILIT), Family Limited Partnerships (FLP) and Qualified Terminable Interest Property (QTIP) Trusts.
